Warranty and Liability Policy Statement

VTE, Inc. warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.

This warranty is limited to the product characteristics and performance limits as specified on the Product Engineering drawing and Specifications shown on our website: www.vteworld.com.

Most of our Electro-Mechanical products have specific (Amperage, Voltage and Torque) load limits. Certain items may have specific assembly procedures, which must be followed.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure these limits are not exceeded and the assembly procedures are followed correctly.

Our Engineering department is available to assist in providing performance data and assembly procedures.

A diagram drawing of our assembly instructions for each of our Electro-Mechanical products is being constructed. It will be available approx. Mar-10, 2008.

To ensure the component parts and materials are used as designed by VTE Inc., our "Supplier Certified Installation Program" will work with you or the end user. This program allows OEMs to work with our engineering department to ensure that the products are installed according to correct assembly procedures, and that amperage, voltage, and torque limits are not exceeded.

VTE makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of a product for any intended use.

VTE's liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product.

All other costs, including those associated with installation, repair, or handling, are the responsibility of the customer.

In no event shall any VTE company be liable or responsible for any damages whatsoever, including special, direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damages or damages for loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or connected with any incorrect assembly or misuse of our products.

All Electro-Mechanical products have an "Recommended Assembly" diagram, which details the correct assembly of the product.

VTE Inc. will only warranty devices that are assembled in accordance with that device's "Recommended Assembly" diagram.
